Joint Ventures & Shareholders Agreements

Equine & Bloodstock Law

At Adams & Remers, we provide practical and commercially focused legal advice to individuals, equine businesses, trainers, stud owners, and rural landowners across a broad range of equine and bloodstock related matters. Led by Elizabeth Clazie, Partner in our Corporate & Commercial team, we combine legal expertise with an understanding of the unique challenges and realities of the horse racing and breeding world, as well as those matters affecting other equine businesses.

Elizabeth Clazie, can provide advice on all bloodstock and equine matters, she is well equipped to deal with a wide range of equine matters. Elizabeth can act for clients in racing, breeding, eventing, show jumping, dressage, veterinary practices, and bloodstock agencies to name a few. With specialist expertise in Private Client, Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Employment and Property, we are able to offer a full service to our equestrian clients.
